From the pie chart it is evident that the import of fish to Canada has been increasing over a decade. This has brought a significant rise to the revenue value as well.
From the information given in pie chart, it can be observed that China is the highest source of importer when compared to Norway and other regions. In 2010, 24% of the total import was contributed by China whereas other regions had 59% of the total share. However, the proportion of Norway was the lowest at 17 % share. The next year share of China increased significantly with an import value of 49 %. Norway also showed a significant increase in their proportion contribution 24% of the import. However, the share of other regions decreased drastically to 27 %. In 2020, the proportion of Norway surged to 30% making it the highest importer of the year. Contrastingly, the share of China and other regions decreased marginally to 44% and 26% respectively.
The import value was 8.66 billion dollars in 2010 which surged to 12.94 Billion dollars in 2015 and reached the highest value of 16.52 Billion Dollars by 2020.
