The pie charts illustrate the budget that the American children’s charity spent and received in 2016.As an overview, it can be clearly seen that majority of donations was given as food, whereas almost whole of the money was spent for program services.
To begin with, donated food taken the first place in the revenue source chart with 86.6%, while community conferred 10.4% of all profit for charity. Around $50,8 million was expended upon the program services in one year.
Contrary to the highest figures in chart, program revenue has taken the third place with 2.2% in income chart, while investment and government donation had 0.2% each and the last but not least other income sources (0.4%) ends the list of profit sources shown in chart. For management and general needs 1.6% of total $53 million was spent, but for fundraising was spent 1% more than previous spending (2.6%). Ultimately, around $330 thousand remaining in the fund of charity for children.
