Water usage for toilet purposes slightly decreased from 18% in 1988 to 14% in 2008. Furthermore, Garden accounted for 20%, after decreasing dramatically to only 7% twenty last years.
Turning to the remaining categories, water consumption for Bathrooms slightly rose by 6% from 1988 to 2008. Similarly, water usage for Kitchen amounted to only 15%; however after two-decades, this figure significantly went up and became the largest household consumption with 29%.
