In general, the most noticeable was that Poland and Sweden had the highest percentage of sea food in the UK in different years, while the highest value imported sea food in 2007.
Moving to the details, the imported value of sea food reached 7.40 in 1987, whereas the top importer was Poland. The breakdown of total imported sea food in the UK was 65% from Poland, 28% from Sweden, and only 7% from Germany. In the second year, the total value of imported sea food was rise to 9.10. Sweden got 40% of the total percentage in 1997, following by Poland which had a big decreased to 35%, of the total share, and 25% from Germany.
Looking at 2007, the value imported sea food increased to 12.30, this number was the highest value. In this year, imported sea food from Sweden reached 43%, Poland reached 30%, and Germany at 27% in total.
