At the beginning of the period, the proportion of expenditures on housing was 72.1%, which showed a rapid decrease to 22.0% at the end of the period. While, the spending on education was 6.6%, it had a slight decrease to 6.3% after a 60-year period. In the meantime, the percentages of spending on transportation and other services were 3.3%and 4.4% respectively and both figures increased sharply 14.0% and 19.2% in the year 2010.In contrast, the cost of household on healthcare was 2.4% and there was a slight growth to 2.1% at the end of the period.
