The pie charts compare the percentage of the electronic devices used for watching television by the Canadians aged 18-25 in the years 2009 and 2019.
It is clear that a traditional Tv was the most popular means of watching television in the beginning which was then replaced by a modern flat-screen TV. Additionally , tablets were also preferred much more than both computer types for the purpose of watching television.
To begin with the devices which were used relatively more compared to the rest , initially , a conventional TV was the number one on the chart , standing at 34% of the total . However , it decreased to merely 3 % in 2019 . Desktop computers and laptops followed somewhat the same pattern . They were both applied by less people for watching television in the second given year , 12 % each .
Starting with the highest percentage of the usage, in the beginning of the period, conventional TV was the main device used to watch TV, with 34%. However, this figure decreased considerably to 4%, in 2009. Additionaly, the figure for the destkop computer and laptop followed the same pattern. They were both showed a slightly decrease to 12%, in the second year, which were started with respective figures of 18% and 20%.
