The two pie charts give the information about the causes for customers complaints received by a company in two different years, 2019 and 2020.
Overall, other complaints showed the largest share of two-fifths, while incorrect changes are composed of a quarter percentage in this picture and became less over the next one year. In contrast, communication tactics accounted for the smallest percentage of one in twenty but after one year the percentage was gradually increased.
In 2019 other complaints provided the largest proportion at 40% and communication tactics shared the tiniest number of 5%. By the following next year, this figure insignificantly decreased at 32%. During the same period, the complaint about communication showed slightly higher to 14%.
About other complaints such as the errors changes showed the normally proportion at 25%, closely followed by complains about damaged items at 24%. Also, complaint which is called “doesn’t work as specified” showed the smallest indicator to 6%. By 2020, these indicator showed small changes such as incorrect changes was slightly drop at 23%, whereas 5% decrease showed the complaint about “not working according to specifications” and complaint about damaged items showed opposite percentage like mildly improve to 26%.
