Similarly, saturated fat shows a significant percentage at dinner, approximately 37%, followed by lunch at 26%. The percentage of this nutrient in snacks stood at 21%, whereas this figure was 16% in breakfast.
As for added sugar, snacks take the lead, containing 42%. Dinner amount to almost half the proportion of snacks with 23%. Lunch and breakfast contribute 19% and 16%, respectively.
