From 1983 to 2003, there is a clear difference between the energy proportions of the country a shown in the graph. In the graph, we can see that there are different kinds of minerals who are given separate colours in order to create a distinction among all of them. Let us see the main differences between the progress or fall of the country.

There are total five kinds of energy productions mentioned in the graph. These are the main features that are entirely different among both the years. As we can see that in the year 1983, Oil which is coloured as orange is of 42% while that of in the year 2003, the same oil falls upto 38%. Similarly, Nuclear power which is labelled with the grey colour is about 20% in 1983 while 24% in 2003. Moving forward, Coal which is also coloured with yellow is shown 23% in 1983 but in 2003, it decreases to 13%. Thus, another one which is natural gas rises from 20% to 24% from 1983 too 2003.

Only one production of energy is similar from 1983 to 2003 which is Hydropower being labelled with the red colour. It remains 4% throughout.
