The data displays the proportion of the world’s forests and timber across various regions in 2010.
On the one hand, the percentage of the world’s timberland shows that Russia was the highest with 24.2% while Europe was the least with about 5% and others was also listed, South Africa was 13.2, North America here was on the increase compared to the latter with 21.9%, South America was equally on the increase here compared to the second data with 26.5% and Asia/Oceania was seen to be 9.2% which appears to be slightly on the decrease here to compare to latter.
On the other hand, the proportion of the world’s timber displays that Russia with 37.5% still retains its highest position in timber with a significant increase compared to the former, while Europe with 9.2% still remains the least but increased slightly, South Africa had a bit decrease to 11.2%. Furthermore, North America significantly reduced to 12.8, South America equally reduced to 15% and Asia moderately increased to 14.3%.
