The portion of petroleum produced experienced a sharp decrease of 9.72% from 29.27% in 1995. In contrast, the rate of coal and gas energy sources started with 29.8% and 29.63%, respectively, before growing minimally to 30.31% and 30.93%.
Regarding the figure for other energy and nuclear energy distributed, it is apparent that both of these experienced a considerable climb, but to varying extents.
