The given pie charts present the percentages of activities which children choose. The first graph illustrates the cultural and leisure activities that boys participate in, while the second graph demonstrates the activities for girls, in which they participate.
At first glance, it is apparent that the most chosen activity by/among boys are computer games, while the activity that girls participate in the most is dancing.
First of all, basketball accounted for 26% by boys, whereas dancing more participates by girls, with an index of 27%. Next, the lowest percentage of boys’ proportion was reading, while the lowest participate in activity in girls’ proportion was listening to music. In addition, listening to music is similar for both of them, with an index of 10%.
Moreover, computer games had the highest percentage of participation among boys, but the percentage for girls was more than twofold lower. Finally, skateboarding accounted for 11% by boys, while netball accounted for 15% by girls.
