The given maps illustrate the changes of Grange park in its infrastructure from 1920 to the present.
Overall, the park has witnessed a number of significant changes. The public park was transformed with the arrangement of small details such as seats and the emergence of Rose garden over the period.
Looking at the western of the park, four different seating parts in 1920 were torn down. Compared to the past, the stage for musicians was cleared and replaced by the amphitheatre for concerts. At the present, there just only a rose garden in the northwest and the one which opposite it disappeared. The fountain in the center of the park was taken down and converted into the largest rose garden, including four chairs surrounding it. In addition, two entrances are to still exist in the original place at the northern and southern.
Significant changes also be made up in the other sites in Grange park. In comparison with 1920, a rose garden has been turned into a cafe shop. In the northeastern part of the park, a pond that provided water for plants was disappeared, whereby the area has been constructed for purpose of children’s entertainment. Opposite the pond to the south, the glasshouse was demolished to make way for a water feature to be constructed.
