The maps demonstrate the changes of a specific building or the ground floor since 1958 until now.
Overall, it is clear that while the building’s structure experienced striking transformations, the kitchen still remained unchanged during the period.
From 1958 to 2984, the building was built into an office with several rooms. In the left-hand side, the toilet, secretary’s office, assistant’s office and meeting room were converted in order from the entrance to the back of the building. Meanwhile, the reception area, double-sized manager office and kitchen were located in the right-hand side in the same order as the opposite side.
Between 1985 and 2000, the building was renovated into apartment. The kitchen stayed in the same position, while the meeting room was rebuilt into a living room. The assistant’s office, secretary’s office, toilet and the manager office were demolished, making way for the bathroom and shower area.
From 2001 to the present, the flower shop was reorganised in the original place with the unchanged kitchen. First flower area was placed in between the gift cards area to its north and playground area to its south. Second one was put in the bottom right-hand corner, with the office above it.
