The three plans below depict renovations of the ground floor of the building compared in three different periods since 1958 until the present time.
In the first period, since 1958 to 1984, the ground floor was set for an office. It contained seven components on the floor. When you entered, the toilet and reception area were the first two rooms you met. Next, the office for manager, assistant, and secretary was placed nearby. At the end of the floor, there was a meeting room and a kitchen.
Next period, from 1985 to 2000, the office was turned into an apartment. The floor consisted of two bedrooms near the entrance, and a kitchen are located next to those rooms. It also had a bathroom with a shower and a big living room on the opposite part.
Since 2001 until now, the replacement was happened again to be a flower shop. The most space on the floor was placed with flower. The rest rooms are reset for gift cards, play area, office, and kitchen.
Overall, there was many patterns transformation in a particular area, however, it is interested that the kitchen and the entrance remain the same at all time.
