The diagram illustrates the before state of a cafe as well as shows the way it appears now following a redevelopment plan.
What is most striking when looking at the redevelopment is a significant expansion to the southern side with an outdoor area, along with the addition of several internal conveniences at the expense of the removal of several facilities. These changes transformed a usual cafe
into a more multi-functional one, with more services offered.
In the past, the area could be divided into two main parts. Upon entering the entrance, one can immediately see a staff dining room at the top center of the cafe, along with the tables and chairs in the central area. To the left, a bin was put near the walls along with toilets in the corner. This main building was connected to the cooking and serving area through a single door. In the branch, a large area running from the door to the right corner was spent on cooking, next to which is the serving area where food and drinks are prepared.
The cafe, after redevelopment, experienced a number of changes, the most noticeable of which was the addition of a barbecue area with outdoor seating right next to the main building. Upon entering the entrance, the staff dining room has been replaced by places for takeaway food and coffee bar. Also, the bin has been upgraded to be recycling bins, while the toilets are retained, on the opposite side of which is the new area for the stand-up bar. The specialized area saw only a change of converting the serving area to hot meals.
