The maps illustrate the transformation of Grange Park from its establishment in 1920 to the present day. Overall, the park has undergone significant modernization, including the construction of an amphitheatre for concerts and the introduction of a water feature.
Initially, a central fountain was a prominent feature, which has since been replaced by a rose garden. The original stage for musicians, located to the left of the fountain, has been upgraded to an amphitheatre with extended seating and a modern design. While seats were originally distributed around the park, they are now arranged around the new rose garden.
In 1920, a rose garden was situated to the right of the top entrance. This area now hosts a café. Additionally, the pond for water plants in the northeast corner has been replaced by a children’s play area. Similarly, the southeast corner, which once housed a glasshouse, now features a water installation and an entrance to an underground car park.
