The plans illustrate the Grange park when it first opened in 1920 and the park today.
Overall, there are a few major and minor changes in the present compared to in 1920. For example, an increasing entrance, an amphitheater and a water feature.
In 1920, there were five seats scattered around the park. However, nowadays, those seats were decreased to four which are located at the center of the park around rose garden that used to be a fountain in 1920. In addition, today, there are two rose gardens instead of three because the one in the northeast in 1920 was demolished to be a cafe with a children’s play area on its the right side, replaced a pound for water plants.
In the present, the stage for musicians was replaced by an amphitheater for concerts in the west side of the park. Moreover, the water feature is located in the southwest of the park instead of the glasshouse. Additionally, today, an entrance to the underground car park is built next to the water feature.
