The three given plans illustrate the changes in the ground floor of specific building and how it was aimed. Overall, the building was used for commercial and changed into residential area and back into commercial after redevelopment more space was created and only the kitchen remained unchanged through the period.
From 1958 to 1984, the floor was used as an office facility. Entering the office, people would encounter an reception and in the opposite site there was water close facilities. Walking through the corridor, the manager’s office was situated on the left, while his secretary and assistant’s office were on the other side of the corridor. At the corner of the building, there were a conference room and dining facilities for the employees.
In 1985, the building altered into living quarters and used in this purpose until 2000. Office rooms and toilet were changed in to bathroom and shower, it was placed on the left from the entrance, while manager office and reception area were redesigned into two large bedrooms .The meeting room was extended and changed into living room.
Since 2001, the building has been used for a flower shop. A new play area has appeared in the place of bathroom. One of the bedroom changed back into office and the living room into a gift shop. All of the other areas of the building have been allocated for flowers, with the only unchanged feature being the kitchen.
