The process illustrates the transformation of ground floor in particular building over three periods: from 1958 to 1984 when it was used as an office, from 1985 to 2000 when it became in apartment, and from 2001 to the present when it was converted into flower shop.

In the first period (1985-2000), the building converted into an apartment. The layout became more residental, with the additional two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and created new room it is bathroom with shower, while the office rooms were removed. The kitchen remained in the same location. From 2001, the building was redesigned again to serve as a flower shop. The new layout included a gift cards and play area.
