The maps compare the changes that have taken place in the library from 5 years ago to the present.
Overall, the layout of the library has been significantly altered with the replacement of the classroom, bookshelves, and library office with a recording studio desk for students’ laptops and a conference room. Meanwhile, the bookshelves and meeting room have remained unchanged.
In 1950, there were 3 rooms ( a classroom, a meeting room, and a borrowing and returning desk) on the left-hand side of the map, but now this area has been divided into 4 rooms. The classroom has been replaced by the recording studio. Meanwhile, the borrowing and turning desk has been separated into 2 different parts. Despite these changes, the meeting room has remained untouched.
In the center of the library, the study tables have been transformed into private study spaces and have been expanded into six tables in the present, which accommodate academic purposes. Additionally, the bookshelves used to be located at the bottom of the map, replaced by a desk for students’ laptops. bookshelves on the top have remained in its original position. Turning to the left-hand side, the library office and desk for computers have been converted into a conference room and a desk for students’ laptops.
