This process illustrates the Human Resources recruitment process for a company. It shows us the complete roadmap and steps taken in order to hire a suitable candidate for a human resource position in the company. This process includes 13 steps which are strictly followed in order to conduct a fair hiring process.

The process starts of by drawing up a list of requirements and posting it online, so that interested candidates can view and proceed with the application form, which needs to be downloaded, completed and submitted. After these steps, the applications are assessed by the recruitment team and are either rejected or accepted.

Furthermore, in this process, emails are sent to those applicants who were rejected whereas, an invitation for an interview is sent to those who were accepted. After this segregation, interviews for accepted applicants take place.
