These pictures illustrate how dry coffee is produced. There are 12 stages in the diagram, from beans being sorted by hand to packed and sold dry coffee.
The first step is that the coffee beans are sorted manually, followed by cleaning through a sieve and drying in the sun for approximately a month. Once the beans have dried, they are raked and turned to ensure they are totally dried. After this, they are stored in a silo and later transported to a mill.
Once at the mill, beans are hulled, followed by grading. The next step is bagging the beans to send them for sale. Once the coffee has sold, it is going to the roasting process, followed by the last step, packing roasted beans into a presentable package for sale.
