These pictures illustrate how dry coffee is produced. There are 12 stages in the diagram, from beans sorting by hand to packed and sold dry coffee.
The first step is that the coffee beans are sorted manually followed by cleaning through a sieve and drying in sun for approximately a month. Once the beans have dried, they are raked and turned to ensure they totally dried. After this, they are stored in a silo and later transported to a mill.
Once at mill, beans are hulled followed by grading. The next step is bagging beans to send them for a sale. Once the coffee have sold, it is going to raost process followed by last step, packing roasted beans into the presentable package for a sold
