The given diagram illustrates the process of making chocolate. Production of chocolate begins with the growth of cacao trees and culminates in the creation of liquid chocolate. Overall, the process consists of ten stages.
Firstly, the procedure of producing chocolate begins with cocoa trees whose pods are red when ripe. In addition, they are grown in South America, Africa, and Indonesia. Secondly, inside the pods are white cocoa beans, which are collected and then fermented. Following a period of fermentation, the beans are spread out in the sun to dry. When the drying process is complete, they are packed into large sacks and delivered by train or lorry.
Finally, they are transported to the factory and then roasted at a temperature of 350 degrees. Thereafter, the beans are crushed and separated from their outer shells. In the last stage, the inner parts of the beans are pressed, resulting in the production of liquid chocolate.
