The given diagram detailed indicates the information regarding the artificial process of paper recycling. Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily appearent that the process comprises four main steps, initiating with making pulp from used paper, and culminating with fully recycled paper.
As the process commences, used paper being conveyed on a conveyor belt into a large chamber, where contains a mixture of water and chemicals to clean the paper and break it down into fibre to form pulp. This pulp is then filtered to eliminate unwanted particals. After that, the filtered pulp enters cleaning stage, where it is deinks with water and soap in another chamber. During this stage, an air pump is installed, creating bubbles so that the ink is caused to rise on the surface, from where the ink is removed through another pipe.
The process moves to the final stage. During the pulp is cleaned and passed through two heated rollers, which squeeze out water and produce rolls of recycled paper
