The process details steps on how to make recycled paper.
Overall, there are 4 steps to recycle used paper starting with making pulp and ending with making new paper.
Firstly, used paper in boxes was put into a conveyor belt, following that, they are poured into water chemicals to make unfiltered pulp. This process is called making pulp, before going to the filtering step, where pulp is filtered.
Filtered pulp is going to be deepened into the mixture of water and soap, which air is also pumped into in order to remove ink. This cleaning step aims to make cleaned pulp, which will be put into water and chemicals again and ready for the final step called making paper. Cleaned pulp is put on a conveyor belt and meets heated rollers to remove water. The recycled paper is finally made.
