The diagram illustrates the process of making recycled paper. It is clearly seen that this process, which comprises four stages, is complex and requires a range of equipment and machinery at all stages.
At the initial step in which pulp is made, used papers are put in containers and are transferred on a conveyor belt to be poured into water chemicals containers that are turned into unfiltered pulp. In the next step they are filtered by pouring into a basket and pieces of paper are separated from liquid. The filtered pulp is poured into another container then in the cleaning step it is cleaned by water and soup and by using air the ink is extracted and again poured into a water and chemicals container.
In the last step when paper is made, cleaned pulp is poured on the conveyor belt, and by heated rollers, it is heated and flatted while its water is removed and finally, the recycled paper is made and rolled.
