The maps give an overview of how a school library has changed over the last 5 years.
Overall, the planned development focuses on enhancing the functionally of a library by introducing new facilities such as recording radio and conference room. The most noticeable change is that a public area in the heart of the library has been converted into a private studying area.
Regarding the left of the library, a new recording radio has been built and located next to the meeting room. The borrowing and returning desk has been separated into two disparity rooms. Turning to the center of the library, book shelves that are adjacent to the library office have been replaced to make way for new desks for students using laptops while the remaining book shelves have stayed the same after 5 years.
In terms of the central part of the library, the public studying area has been transformed into a private area with more tables to accommodate more students. Looking at the right of the library, the library office has been demolished, giving way for a new conference room. In the north eastern corner of the library, there is an additional area for students using their individual laptops, instead of public computers.
