The given table compares the cost of expenditure which bakery’s trade in three various fields (Govent Garden, Oxford Circus, St John’s Wood).

Overall, the number of transactions in Govent Garden was higher than the expenditure of trading in Oxford Circus and St John’s Wood. In all the countries, bakery’s spent the highest proportion of their budget on eat-in transactions and take-away transactions. In Govent Garden, the number of transactions of trade is highest, at $642 per year, compared with $538 and $269 for dessert shops in Oxford Circus and St John’s Wood respectively.

The number of transactions value accounts for 7.58 euros, of the total expenditure in Govent Garden, while the proportions were lower for cake shop in Oxford Circus at 4.51 euros, and St John’s Wood at only 5.01 euros.
