Overall, the majority of spending increased in 2009 and the minority decreased in 2009. The government spend most in health and spend less in environmental protection.
In 2009, the health sector for three countries were the highest among others sectors, it was range between 7,1% to 7,8% and followed by public services in the range 4,6% to 8,6%. Althought it hits bottom at 4,6% but not be the lowest. Education percentage reached maximum at 6,4%.
In contrast, economic affairs and environmental protection are the lowest around 4,0% to 4,5% and 0,7% to 1,0% but remained stable across both countries.
