Overall, it is clear that hospitality has the largest percentage of women in management roles, while manufacturing has the lowest proportion in each management role.
Based on this information, the hospitality industry has the highest percentage of the four industries, 19.9 percent of executives, 20.6 percent of CEOs and the highest proportion of the hospitality industry is managers with 33.14 percent. Which is almost double that of the other industries, and more than three times that of manufacturing in a manager’s position. To be specific , manufacturing has the lowest percentage, with just over 1 percent of executives and CEOs and 9 percent of managers. Besides that, IT and Finance have similar percentages in these positions, especially in managers with both more than 16 percent. While IT has 12.82 percent of executives and 6.58 of CEOs, Finance only has 4.58 percent and 1.98 percent.
