The table chart illustrates the percentage of main roles managed by female personnel in a European country in 2006.

Overall, we can see that significant differences between every options, notibly more part of quantity in Hospitality industry, in which the managers remained the highest proportion also in four industries while the CEOs had the lowest in more options.

The proportion of managers in finance industry were 16.39% more than others roles as the executives had only 4.58% and the CEOs were 1.98% which small ten times than the managers. In manufacturing only 12 per cent of roles were women, for example: the managers 9% the largest proportion of all, the executives almost 2% and slightly smaller it the CEOs with 1.21%.

IT and hospitality showed considerable attention having 35 per cent and 73 per cent, in which the managers had total on both almost 50%, in IT 16% and in hospitality 33% as well as the executives had total 33%, in IT 12.82% and in hospitality 20%, also the CEOs had the biggest proportion than previous total 27%, in IT 6.58% and in hospitality more 20%.
