The presented table illustrates the past and estimated numbers of population in four different countries from 1950 to 2050.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that the biggest growth of population is going to be in the United States, whereas significant changes for New Zealand are not projected.
Turning to the details, in the beggining of 1950 only 17.1 millions of people were living in Australia. After three years, this figure increased to 17.7 millions and at the end of 2050 it is forecasted that population will grow by 9 millions. The similar tendency is observed in Canada. In 1993 the quantity of residents living in Canada stood at 28.5 millons, then, it noticeably rocketed up to 36.9 millions in 2020 and is expected to reach 39 millions in 2050.
According to the table, New Zealand and the United Stated are remarkable for having the largest and smallest changes in populations. Firstly, in 1950 there were only 3.4 millions of individuals living in New Zealand and in 2050 this figure is expected to rise to 4.7 millions. However, the United States from beggining had the highest number of population, that was 249.9 millions in 1950 and it is estimated to increase by 100 millions in the end of 2050.
