The illustration provided data on past and predicted population figures in different countries for the 1990-2050 time period. Overall, it is evident that all predicted populations showed an upward trend.
In 1990, the United States was at first place with 249,9%, followed by Canada which had 26,6%. Australia was in third place, at 17,1% and last place was taken by New Zealand, at 3,4%. By 2000, the biggest changes happened in Canada and the United States, both of them went up for 4,4 % and 25,2% respectively. Whereas, Australia and New Zealand hadn’t significant changes, 2,1% and 0,4% for each one.
By 2050, United States still at leading place, nevertheless, other countries are also stood at similar places as in the 1990. The first place is followed by Canada with 39%, at third place located Australia with 26%. The last place around mentioned countries are occupies by New Zealand, which presented a slight increase to 4,7%
