The given table compares the number of people who work in various companies in five different position in Britain with information collected from a national newspaper.
According to the table, from the five best companies, fifth company had highest number of staff at 190 worker, followed by second company at 79 worker. However, there was 56 worker in first company which had lowest staff member. Additionally, there was significant difference in male and female ration especially in first, third and fourth companies. These companies male female ration was 30:70, 74:26 and 13:87 respectively. In addition, 93% of workers age was under 35, they worked in fifth best small company in Britain, while this proportion only 26% in fourth company.
In detail, there is only two companies which worker age is more than 55, second and fourth best small companies. Staff turnover ration was 33% in fifth company which was almost three times high compared to other companies. The first position company had lowest staff turnover, at 5%. At the last position is staff income. The third company staff earned highest amount of income at 74%. This figure almost half for second company’s employees at 45%, followed by 34% in first company. Moreover, only 2% worker earned high income in fifth company.
Overall, in terms of number of staff and staff turnover, the fifth company’s figure was highest compared to other. There was a significant number in third company in terms of gender discrimination and staff in high income bracket.
