On average, men and women in the UK sleep for more than 8 hours every day. While men usually spend their time on leisure activities for 5 hours and 25 minutes on certain activities such as watching Tv or doing sport, women only spend about 4 hours and 53 minutes on some activities such as listening to radio, music or reading book.
