The given table depicts information about the variations in involvement levels in different sports in the America for 18 and 34 years old masses from 2010 to 2014. The data is given in million numbers.
In an overview, It can be clearly seen that participation level in sports increased from initial year to final year. The proportion of individuals doing running was the highest. However, playing baseball accounted for least number of masses.
In 2010, 15 Million persons took part in running. This was followed by weightlifting activity which stood at 13.5 million. Meanwhile, The number of humans engaged in swimming and hiking was 13 million and 12 million respectively. Furthermore, a same proportion of 9 million millennials participated in basket and yoga activity.
Probing ahead, in 2014, 18 million adults involved in running. A slight increase of 2 million was observed in hiking. The amount of people participated in weightlifting and swimming decreased to 13.3 million and 10.5 million. A gradual increase to 12 million can be seen in Yoga activity. Moreover, a dramatic decrease in Basketball was noticed which was 7.8 million. Only 2.2 million adults played Baseball which was least in the given time period.
