Overall, it is obvious that the four oil-producing countries witnessed various changes between 2000 and 2004. Nigeria and Congo saw relatively small rises, yet with a large proportion. Meanwhile, Chad and Somalia faced dramatical growths, still with negligible numbers compared to the former two countries.
Oil production in Nigeria and Congo held the dominant positions with some fluctuations. In 2000, Nigeria produced 2000000 barrels of oil and with some flactuations. It peaked to the highest point of 2,3 million in 2004. However, Congo showed steadily falls, from the beginning amount to 200000 in 2004.
In contrast, remaining countries- Chad, Somalia- experienced increases with only marginal gains. Chad began producing petrol from 2003, starting with just 15000 barrels and ended with 50000. While Somalia rose noticeable from just 8000 to 55000 through the given period.
