Overall, Congo produced the largest number of oil barrels throughout the years, while Chad had conducted the least barrels of oil since after 3 years of not created any progress until 2003.
In 1999, Congo had make about 275000 barrels of oil which happened to be the most builded canisters of oil in a year. However, this slowly decreased over year and last at 203000 in 2004. Nigeria was at the second most instituted industrial oil country, the quantity of barrels minimally fell from 2000 to 2002, but steadily gone up 2 years later.
From the table, Somelia was the second least oil developing country of starting small amount of barrels in 1999(5000 barrels). However, they started slowly collecting more fuel and grew big of about 50000 barrels in 2004. Finally, Chad had the first 3 years in the period of no founding oil for comsumers, but later introduced more regularly to the buyers in the final years
