The charts illustrate how Japanese youngsters in Tokyo listened to music over the last month and their preference for live or recorded music.
Overall, in the table, the propotion of men who listened to different types of musical performances in all categories is higher than women, except for CDs. While the pie chart demonstrates that most people were more likely to listen to live music than the recorded one.
Further analyzing the given table, through the first three sections, males were dominant with 60% listening to live music, 79% using MP3-players and 55% using the Internet to listen to the songs they loved. Whereas looking at female’s data, there was a more sustainable trends when the datas were range around 42%. CDs was the least favourite way to listen to music in both genders, receiving only around one-fifth of male audiences and 22% of female listeners.
Looking at the pie chart, the percentage of young people who preffered to listen to live music was approximately 70%, while the one who interested in recorded music was around one-third of the chart. Still, there were 4% of person who did not know which they adored more or disliked both ways.
