The table illustrates how much fresh fish were caught and were imported into Australian city Perth over eleven years. Generally, the indicators are decided by three columns – local, imports and total – and were provided in metric tons.
According to the data, the peak of fishing occurred in 2008 years, and a little less amount of fish was caught in the years 2009 as well as 2010. Meanwhile a lack of fish was observed in 2004 – only 2677.7 metric tons.
Due to data from second column, high level of imports remained unchanged from 2009 to 2013 that equaled around 1100 metric tons in average. The first year (2004) was the poorest in fish imports, however then the quantity of fish for abroad moderately increased for years 2005-2010.
Overall, the total numbers showed that the maximum in Australian fish industry was between 2008 and 2010 that is double bigger than in years 2004 and 2005.
