The table compares the amount of exetern guests arriving in 9 diffrent countries around the globe, in the years 2009 and 2010. Furthermore it displays the ratio of change the contries experienced in those two years.

However, there was an upward trend in the amount of visitors globally, we can see two exceptions. In both years France had the most international arrivals, reaching 76 million visitors. The other exception to the increase in international arrivals, is Hong Kong. In 2009, they had the lowest amount of guests. Being the only country with a negative ratio, they remained in last place.

Additionally, Germanny more then doubled its numbers during the period, experiencing the largest increase out of all countries, performing better then China with a 55% increase and, Turkey with a 33% increase. All other countries made slight increases in visitors, ranging form 1.5% to 3.6%.

Overall, we saw a slight increase in international travel globally, with enormous peaks in Germany, China and Turkey. But nevertheless France go the most visitors during the period.
