The table chart depicts the amount of waste production in Ireland, Japan, Korea, Poland, Portugal, and in the US from 1980 to 2000. Units are measured in millions of tonnes.

Also, Ireland grew up slightly from 0.6 to 5 million tonnes. Moreover, Japan showed a moderate rise in two decades from 28 to 53 million tonnes of waste.
Furthermore, there was little difference between the figures for Poland (4 million tonnes) and Portugal ( 2 million tonnes), and both experienced a moderate rise to 6.6 and 5 million tonnes, respectively. However, the only figure that showed a decline is Korea, in 1990, its amount of waste was 31 million tones, then it fell to 19 million tonnes in 2000.
