Overall, families in korea tend to spend more on food compared to other regions in 1950. And USA was opposite. It had the least money spent on groceries. Japan had almost same figures spent as a Korea. Others including Mexico and France had the average amount of money spent on groceries in following list.

In next 10 years, Korea still remains as a top, the number grew progressively. France also had slight increase. Although, other 3 nations had noticeable declines, especially Mexico.

Following this, in 1970 everything changed. All of the countries on the table had experienced dramaticall decrease. Even though Korea still had the most numbers, it had the biggest down growth too. Next 20 years the figures were lower in showed countries, except Mexico until 2000 year. USA shows the minimal money spent on food per family. While Mexico is the highest.
