Overall, in 2000 observed the manager posts of women is higher than parlament, in every country. The lowest rang of parliament women seats had Italy and Uruguay.

The Canada and Uruguay had an equal measure of women work in manager (37%), but in total seats in parliament In addition, Uruguay had only 8%, meanwhile Canada had 28% there was a 20% difference between them. The Tobago and Trindad had approximatly 40% in manager women, and around 19% in parliament, also difference in indicators consists of 20%.
