The given data represents the company’s minimum amount of paid holidays for full-time employees in six countries in 2016.

In general, there is two types of countries, where gives about month of total paid holidays(Australia, Sweden, Finland0 and where the all of paid leaves is only half of a month(China, Japan and USA)

For paid vacations in Sweden and in Finland gives equal count of days, it is 25. Although in Australia, count of paid vacations is a little less, 20days. But in Sweden there is no one of paid public holidays, while in Finland you can get 11 paid public holidays and in Australia 10days. Total paid holidays in Sweden is 25days, in Finland is 36days and in Australia is 30days.

Fewer number of total vacations in USA is 20days with 10 days in each type of paid holidays. Full paid layoffl in China is 16days, 5days of vacations and 11days of public holidays. And in Japan all of paid leave is only 10days, with 0 days for public holidays similarly with Sweden.
