Overall, it is clear that all six universities experienced an increase in the number of Indian students. Coventry University had the largest growth in student numbers, while Sheffield University showed the most dramatic percentage rise.
In 2020/21, BPP University had the highest number of Indian students among the first three universities, with 3,505 students. Coventry University had 2,390 Indian students, while the University of Greenwich had 2,455. By 2021/22, Coventry University showed the biggest rise in numbers, reaching 5,290 students, an increase of 2,900 or 121.3%. The University of Greenwich also grew significantly, increasing by 2,085 students to 4,540. Meanwhile, BPP University rose to 5,145 students, but the increase was smaller compared to the others, at 1,640 students or 46.8%.
