The two pie charts compare the percentage of tourists to Ashdown Museum in the year before and after its restoration.
It is clear that the highest percentage of visitors was satisfied and dissatisfied during the periods. By contrast, the proportion of visitors who were very dissatisfied, and those with no response, was lower over the two periods.
In the year before, 25% of tourists were dissatisfied with the restoration; this figure decreased to 15% after the restoration. Between the two periods, the number of visitors who were satisfied increased from 30% to 40%, a rise of 10%. The percentage of visitors who were very satisfied was 15% before and 35% after, double the previous percentage.
On the other hand, the percentage of visitors who were very dissatisfied was 10% before and decreased to 5% after, a fall of 5%. The percentage of visitors with no response remained at 5% before and after the restoration.
