The patients who treated by hospital C, gave the hospital staff 81%, while 92% for hospital’s waiting time. At the same time, hospital A was assessed with 74% and 46% for its hospital staff and waiting time respectively. Hospital B was owned very poor service, with half of the hospital A figure for its staffs and 53% belonged to its waiting time.
Looking at the treatment and aftercare service, both categories were assessed with high percentage. Hospital A and B were reacted almost same that treatment was around 85% and aftercare service was approximately 83%. People’s satisfaction towards hospital B was a bit lower than other hospitals, which was 68% and 70% for treatment and aftercare service respectively
